How We Review: BOSS77's Method, Stated Plainly
BOSS77 is an independent guide — not a casino, not an operator: no deposits, no games, no player balances. Operator descriptions on this site come from reading published material against a fixed set of criteria. This page publishes those criteria, the evidence rules behind them, and the list of things we have no way of knowing. 21+ only.
Why this page exists
Any site can sound authoritative about an operator. The difference between a finding and a confident impression is whether a method was applied and whether you can see it. Publishing the list lets you run the same checks yourself, on any brand, and makes it obvious when we have skipped one.
It also sets the expectation correctly. Nothing here comes from holding an account, timing a cashier or talking to staff. It comes from reading what an operator publishes about itself — and noting, just as carefully, what it does not.
The criteria
| Criterion | What we look for | Where we read it |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | A named licensee and a named regulator, in text | Footer, about page, terms |
| Payment rails | Named rails, and whether the cashier states its own limits and cut-offs | Cashier and payments help pages |
| Terms clarity | Wagering, expiry and maximum-bet rules legible in one careful read | Promotion terms as published |
| KYC rules | Which documents, and the point at which verification triggers | Verification policy |
| Complaint route | Escalation beyond first-line chat, and whether a regulator is named | Complaints or disputes page |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Limits, reminders, cooling-off, self-exclusion, and whether they are self-service | Responsible-gaming page and account settings documentation |
| Support channels | Which channels, in which language, in which hours | Support pages |
| App distribution | Where any app comes from, and how it updates outside a store | The operator's own download page |
Evidence rules
The standard is reproducibility: if a reader cannot open the same source, we do not write the claim.
- Accepted: the operator's own terms, cashier, verification, complaints and responsible-gaming pages.
- Accepted: public regulator and payment-provider material that requires no account to view.
- Accepted: places where two of an operator's own pages disagree, which tell you which one is marketing.
- Accepted: silence, recorded as silence.
- Rejected: screenshots from strangers, figures recycled from other affiliate sites, testimonials, and numbers without a traceable source.
What we will not claim
We hold no accounts and test no cashiers. These are therefore permanently outside our knowledge, and the honest move is to print the list rather than write around it.
- How long a withdrawal takes — set by the operator and the rail, published only on the operator's cashier page.
- Whether your own bonus claim will be paid, under terms the operator may revise after we have read them.
- Whether the return figure shown inside a game is the setting an operator has enabled for it.
- How support behaves on its worst night.
- Anything about your account.
- That we tested something, in any phrasing, when we did not.
Which is why every operator-specific figure here is attributed and linked rather than quoted as ours. Mechanisms stay true for years; a quoted fee is frequently wrong within weeks and looks exactly as confident.
No scores, no invented authors
No rating out of ten, no stars, no ranked list of the best anything. Eight separate findings cannot be averaged into one digit without discarding the detail that made them useful, and the digit is what a reader remembers.
Pages are published under the site's own name rather than under an invented reviewer with a photograph and credentials. Those credentials are the first thing nobody can check, which makes a fabricated author the easiest dishonesty available to a site like this — so we rule it out in writing.
Partner links, dates and corrections
Some outbound links are partner links and may pay us a commission if you register after following one. Payment buys a link and nothing else: no operator reads a draft, no commission removes a finding, and a partner with vague terms is described as having vague terms.
Every page carries publication and modification dates, and we resist staleness structurally by describing mechanisms and linking out for figures. Corrections go through the contact route on the about page — name the page and the sentence, and the modified date will record the change.
What BOSS77 is
A guide: not a casino, not an operator, not an agent. No deposits taken, no games run, no balances held, and no dispute settled from here. If something must happen to an account, the route is the operator's support in writing, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published complaint channel.
All of it is written for adults aged 21 and over, treating gambling as paid entertainment whose cost is decided before a session rather than during one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you rate operators?
No. The eight criteria are written out one by one, in words, including the ones the operator leaves blank.
Do you hold accounts or test cashiers?
No, and we never claim to. Payout speed is set by the operator and its rail, and the cashier page is the only live source for it.
What does your evidence rule rule out?
Anything a reader cannot open: screenshots from strangers, numbers copied from other affiliate pages, testimonials, and unsourced figures.
Are the links commercial?
Some of them are partner links that can earn us a commission. The wording is unaffected, and nothing is shown to an operator before it goes live.
Why is there no author byline?
Because we will not invent one. Pages carry the site's name instead of credentials nobody could verify.
Why not publish the fees and minimums?
They change, and a stale figure misleads more than no figure. We explain what drives them and send you to the operator's cashier page.
Can you help resolve a dispute?
No. We hold no access to any operator's systems and none to your account. Follow the operator's complaints procedure first, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published route.
